We send invoices the start of each month around the 1st.

How do I let Ocean View Landscape Management know if I have a special request?

Please call or email us as soon as possible. We welcome all requests and feedback. Also feel free to let the crew leader know your request while the crew is providing your service.

What are my options for paying my invoice?

You can pay the bill over the phone using a credit card, or debit card. Feel free to send a check or set up automatic bill pay through your bank and send to the address listed on the invoice. We also offer automatic bill pay via credit or debit card, just give the office a call to set up automatic payments.

What happens if it rains?

We try our hardest to stay on schedule and plan for rain. If your lawn is too wet to service we will delay our service until the service will not damage your turf. In very rare cases rain for 3-4 days straight will put us behind one week. In this case we will spend extra time at your property to clean it up during our next visit.
